The church board is led by the founder and senior pastor of the ministry. The board is responsible for the day to day management of the ministry. All ministry leaders account to the church board. The spiritual growth and programmes are discussed and approved by the board. The board give

guidance to the overall running of the LCC ministry. In making sure that the ministry programmes are implemented effectively, each ministry has got team of committee members who make sure that programmes are properly implemented.
